Bring your brand or product to life with an unforgettable street drawing. Our floor paintings attract a lot of attention and lend themselves perfectly as an original advertising and communication tool in the outdoor space.
With spatial insight, fantasy, chalk or paint and a piece of street, our street painters create works of art in the public space that the public can enjoy for free and simply on the street. With a normal (2D) street painting we can copy an image, logo or product exactly on the floor, this image looks the same from every angle. A two- or three-dimensional floor plan can be made both on the street and indoors, whereby we can work on both the floor and the wall. At an indoor location, we often first place a temporary base under the ground painting.
Optical illusion through a street painting
A street drawing, sometimes also called 3D street painting, is often used to create an optical illusion with perspective and, for example, shows a depth effect, a hole in the ground or an upright realistic object at the right viewing angle. At first glance, an 3D painting often looks strange and distorted, the three-dimensional effect can only be seen when viewed from the right viewing point.
Street painting can be made on almost all surfaces and is made with chalk (pigment) or paint, depending on the desired lifespan. Creations with chalk are short-lived and wash away in the rain. Creations with paint are semi-permanent but can also be removed by us after a while. We can too ground paintings make it on special vinyl and stick it on an outside location temporarily. The painting on vinyl is removed by us after a period of time, of course without glue residue or damage to the substrate.
How does an 3D drawing work?
You have probably seen it once on the street or on the internet, a ground painting that creates the illusion of a torn street, a crumbled hole with a waterfall in it, an object that seems to stand upright or something that rises from the ground coming. This effect is called anamorphosis or anamorphic and is often used by the known 3d street painting paintings.
Distorting the street painting is the key to creating an 3d effect. Before the sketch is applied, we distort the design on the basis of a formula. This formula calculates how the design should be distorted for the desired 3d effect from the viewpoint. In practice, this means that one ground painting is stretched enormously. Due to this distortion, a minimum surface area of approximately 3 × 3 meters is required when making an 10d street painting.

Temporary ground paintings
Our paintings are usually semi-permanent or are removed by us after a period or on an agreed date with a hot-water high-pressure cleaner. It is also possible to make an 3d street painting on an intermediate layer so that it can be used for example during an event, trade show or open day. This one temporary ground paintings can also be used outside where the painting can be easily removed after a day or a few days. 3d paintings always provide a 'wow' effect and are ideally suited as an eye-catcher during activations or product presentations. A handmade floor painting on a temporary intermediate layer can be used several times if it is used under supervision.
